Hi there. Our tiles are an unglazed blended refractor colour. If we were to purchase the starter pack ( if you ship to NZ that is ) would we be able to mix the colours to get that colour or close to not to notice. Can this product be painted over as a last resort.?

Hi Shona, Al lthe colours that come with this product can be mixed together to achieve the closest match possible with your existing flooring. This product can also be painted over similar to how grout can be coloured. Nerang Tiles

I appreciate it if you could advise if this product can be used to fix cracks in 6 mm thick big tile slabs. If the tile has some hollow space in the middle or below any area of the tile, can this product be used to fill -in the gabs below the tile?

Hi Fred, this product will work fine. You would just need to more than normally required as your cracks are quite deep. However please note that this would be a temporary fix if cracks continue to appear as you may have movement in your substrate or an underlying issue. Nerang Tiles

Just found your website about Magic Ezy Tile fix and sounds just what I’m looking for. I have a few chips in my terracotta kitchen tiles but looking at the colours it comes in not sure if it would work as even mixing any of those colours together cannot see how you could come up with a terracotta colour. Could you please advise me what I could do using this product to match the colour.

Hi Jill, there are a number of other colours available. The colours shown are available through the starter kit only.

I have an exterior BBQ benchtop made from Dekton (porcelain) The sheet was not glued to the CFC substrate properly on installation and has cracked in a couple of places. While it sounds like your product would fill the crack OK, I feel that it will only be temporary because of the sheet not being secured underneath. Removing and reglueing the sheet seems the logical solution but I fear this would damage the sheet further. Is there a way I can force adhesive into the gap under the benchtop and then fill the resultant gap with your product? BTW the benchtop is in the sun for extended times and therefore gets quite hot.. Appreciate your advice. Thanks

Hello, I have a Tile Fix Q.. if there is a single long tiny hairline crack here and there in shower recess and I clean it out, let dry.. is it possible to give very slight overfill to enable it to fix better? That is, does the filler stick to glaze as well as more porous body of tile?? Thanks

I have full length cracks in 2 x 300 x 600 white wall tiles in ensuite, I suspect variable backing may be the problem, Would you recommend your product as I will be attaching a floating vanity unit which may cause more cracking.
